JOB DESCRIPTION
One of our telecommunication clients is looking for a Bilingual (French) Project Coordinator-Must relocate to Quebec City
Length: 8-month Contract with a possibility of extension
Business Unit: Health and Business Solutions
Location: Quebec, QC
PURPOSE (MISSION):
Follows up on deadlines while making sure to have the internal and external resources (material and manpower) necessary to carry out the requests requested by the customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate in the development of delivery schedules (in consultation with supervisors) to meet established dates
2. Ensure that all special situations that may affect the execution of the work are addressed and that the necessary corrective measures are applied to remedy them (labor).
3. Ensure the availability of material resources (equipment, circuit boards, router configurations, etc.) using the means made available to him or telephone contacts to adequately plan operations.
4. Participate in meetings and follows up on the work related to the file that concerns him to meet the established deadlines and, if necessary, refers to the analyst in charge any problem that could affect the completion of the projects.
5. Participate in the development of alternative solutions to overcome any constraints that may hinder the progress of the work, collaborating in meeting deadlines.
6. Recommend the use of contractors when required and, if applicable, ensures the validity of billing-related information according to Quebec policies and contractual agreements and follows up.
7. Ensure compliance with commitments to achieve optimal results.
8. Follow up on the various operational reports to achieve better coordination.
9. Ensure that the intervention management process is applied correctly.
10. Participate in the coordination of joint work with other partners by maintaining the necessary contacts to jointly meet deadlines.
11. Establish and maintain contact with the client to ensure that expectations and level of satisfaction are met.
12. Monitor and document the progress of the projects and/or service orders assigned to him by updating the mechanized systems made available to him.
13. Always maintain and develop customer service attitude by establishing positive and professional relationships with external and internal customers, providing quality service, assistance, information and advice to ensure their satisfaction.
14. Perform any other related work required by his job or requested by his supervisor.
