One of our banking clients is looking for a Bilingual Service Representative (Major Bank)
Length: 3 months contract with possibility of extension or conversion to perm
Location: Montreal, QC – 4 days a week onsite
Working hours: 8:30am-4:30pm

ROLE MANDATE:
Require someone to assist with higher volumes within the Deposit & Payments department
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
– Bilingual: medium or higher level required in spoken – French & English
– Data recollection, multitask between 2-3 applications
– Able to work onsite – 4 days a week
– Basic / Medium knowledge with Excel. Just to compile / filter data. Nothing too advance – filter, sort, conditional formatting, highlighting
– Experience using Microsoft Outlook & Teams
NICE TO HAVE:
– Customer service experience
– Previous banking experience
– Detail orientated
EDUCATION:
– High-school diploma
