Customer Services is a key area in leading efforts to continuously elevate our ability to listen, learn from, and serve the skiing and skating community. The customer services representative will build and foster relationships with our dealers and consumers, accross Canada, to provide the highest quality service experience. This position is empowered to listen, anticipate, solve problems, and thrives on transforming complaints into contributions, problems into opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service & Support
- First line of contact for Customer phone calls, emails, web inquiries
- Drive issues to resolution
- Provide coustomers with in-depth product knowledge and recommendations for our brands
- Participate in tracking metrics to quantify the frequency and quality of customer interactions
- Promote and enact exceptional service for our customers
General Duties
- Assist all other departments as needed to support the Customer Service Mission Statement
- Continuous expansion of product knowledge and expertise as required to service customers
- Identify, contribute, and participate in continuous process improvement
- Support eCommerce with set up, maintenance, and customer experience feedback
- Other duties as requested by your Customer Service Manager
COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently offering a hybrid work environment for this role, in-office and work-at-home, approx. 50/50, which may be permanent after COVID precautions end.
