Clinical Business Analyst
12 month contract- Fredericton, NB
The location of work will be remote but the proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Clinical Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.
5 years of demonstrated Healthcare experience with a focus on health information systems, standards, technology, and/or software.
3+ years of Facilitation skills: demonstrated experience in leading workshops to identify and articulate business requirements, and system requirements, and develop user stories or use cases.
3+ years of demonstrated experience leading and producing business analysis documentation (E.g., business requirements, user stories/use cases, functional specifications, process diagrams, requirements traceability, SOPs, test plans and test cases).
5 years of demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
5 years of demonstrated ability to multi-task, and work with multiple teams supporting more than one project stream/activity at a time.
3 years of Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) in the work environment.
Previous experience working within regional health authorities (RHA), showcasing a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape, policies, and practices.
A Bachelor’s level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a Healthcare or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
