TEEMA Looking for Clinical Change Management Consultants at Canada Full Time

Our client is a Provincial Healthcare organization currently embarking on a transformation project to implement CPOE in some hospitals and territory sites. They are looking for several Clinical Change Management Specialists to support them for approximately 6 month duration.

Scope:

• Lead and support Clinical Change Management and engagement activities.
• Engagement with clinical leadership in supporting completion of project work, progress reporting, issues management and resolution.
• Support in information management for dashboard reporting and other engagements.
• Planning and organizing for change management events.

Qualifications

• Clinical background (Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health Professional)
• Over 5 years of experience in supporting clinical change management activities ideally CPOE or similar implementation
• Exceptional ability to facilitate meetings, including excellent presentation and interviewing skills.
• Change Management certification highly desirable.
• Clinical Change Management experience in areas of document management, data reporting, data analysis including the use of Microsoft suite: Excel, Visio, Project, Word, PowerPoint.
• Past experience supporting go-live activation support
