Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Release Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure and programming, especially in API web hook development. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Azure, infrastructure as code using Terraform, and the ability to automate processes using a range of programming languages. If you’re adept at working with GitHub, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and shell scripting, and have experience with API web hook development, we invite you to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to deploy and manage resources in Azure.

2. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

3. Utilize GitHub for source code management, including branching, merging, and pull requests.

4. Automate deployment processes using Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and shell scripts.

5. Design, develop, and maintain API web hooks to enhance integration capabilities.

6. Ensure all cloud infrastructure is compliant with security and organizational standards.

7. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to cloud deployments and API integrations.

8. Document deployment processes, best practices, and standards related to API development and overall cloud release management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience deploying and managing resources in Azure.

3. Hands-on experience with Terraform.

4. Strong proficiency in Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and shell scripting.

5. Experience with GitHub for source code management.

6. Demonstrable skills in API web hook development.

7. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their implementation.

8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

1. Certifications in Azure, Terraform, or relevant programming languages.

2. Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
