Position Overview
TELUS International is looking for an innovative and strategic-thinking business partner development manager to lead development, execution and partnership relationship management with a select group of alliance partners. Reporting to the Director – Global Partner Alliances, the candidate has extensive knowledge and experience working with partners to drive joint revenue growth, successful activation of each other’s field sellers, and promoting the development of go-to-market relationships that encourage and create new service offerings and value added services.
They are driving, developing and managing direction and capabilities through strategic partnership. The role requires experience in sales and IT services to drive our alliance partner ecosystem to grow our channel and alliances business with strong ROI for the investments we make in the ecosystem.

This function should be a ‘multiplier’ to increase our revenue, quality and overall solution adoption. This is done by:
Pay: The base compensation range for this position is 108,000-135,000 in local currency commensurate with experience, plus additional performance based bonus plan and a competitive benefits package. Actual base compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws and total on target earnings are dependent upon performance.
