TenantPay Looking for Bookkeeper at Montreal, Quebec, Canada Full Time

TenantPay is a growing payments processing company that works with property management companies nationwide to make it easy for tenants to pay rent. The company is almost 20 years old, however, we very much work in a startup environment and are positioning ourselves for hyper-growth.

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the books for TenantPay and other business ventures.

As the ideal candidate for this role, you have experience bookkeeping in real estate and tech. You are incredibly detail oriented and able to work independently. You are seeking an exciting opportunity to show your impact within a high-growth B2B software environment.

As our Bookkeeper you will be responsible for:

• Full cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities
• Perform accounts payment and accounts receivable functions
• Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Assist with payroll
• Preparation and filing of tax returns

We are looking for someone who can bring:

• Significant experience working in B2B tech environments, payment processing, real estate/property management sectors
• Proven track record in a bookkeeping role
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Quickbooks an asset
