We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.
The successful candidate controls logistics operations ensuring prompt delivery of goods, monitors costs and meets customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery of materials to and within Canada
Control import/export process and coordination with customs brokers
Troubleshoot and expedite logistics processes experiencing delays/problems
Coordinate with logistics vendors to minimize disruptions within the supply chain and control cost
Maintain the flow of critical documentation
Provide timely feedback to stakeholder groups
Experience/Education:
3-5 years of professional experience in a related role, along with an undergraduate degree.
Skills:
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
Analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Preference will be given to candidates with previous SAP experience.
