• Partner with HR team members to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and participating in the selection process
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary resources and information
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback sessions
• Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
• A passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Previous experience or internships in HR or related roles is a plus
