How you’ll spend your day
What You’ll Do:
Providing backup and support to our dedicated call center staff during vacations, ensuring seamless customer service operations.
Facilitating order management tasks, such as creating direct orders and processing product replacement orders to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Maintaining and creating essential contact lists, routing sheets, and communication documents, contributing to the efficient structure of our call center operations.
Ensuring customers receive top-notch service with efficiency and excellence at the forefront of every interaction.
Being present on-site for up to five (5) days a week, with the option for rotating remote work, fostering a flexible and supportive work environment.
Assisting in the creation of ad hoc spreadsheets, reports, and documents as needed for our Demand Planning Team, showcasing your versatility and attention to detail.
Supporting data cleansing efforts and updates in our Customer Product Certification Portal and Customer Master Data, ensuring alignment with our CRM system and maintaining data accuracy.

Your experience and qualifications
Education and skills requirements:
Completed at least 1st year of studies
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint experience
Good writing and communication skills
French is an asset
The following general criteria must be met in order to apply:
Legally eligible to work in Canada and 18 years of age
Registered as a full-time, post-secondary student in 2024-2025, and returning to full-time studies in fall 2024 – must provide proof of enrollment
Available to work from May 2024 through to August 2024
These positions require specific academic focus and/or related work experience, and preference will be given to candidates who best meet these qualification requirements
Candidates who do not meet specific education and/or experience requirements, will only be considered for roles that do not have function-specific limitations
Satisfactory completion of criminal background checks
Consideration Preference:
All children of regular, full-time or regular part-time employees, who meet functional requirements, will be provided first consideration
Please Note:
Students may work at Teva Canada for a maximum of two (2) years.
If selected for a Summer Student opportunity, the student must work the full duration of the contract and achieve a Successful rating in final performance review to be eligible to return to Teva Canada.
