The Who: An individual who is organized, tech savvy, proactive, and mature with the ability to adapt to the environment and interest in being cross trained and taking on a more impactful role
The What: Greet and bid farewell to our guests, check guests in for walk in and reserved bowling, help to orient guests to the space, direct guests to laser tag, answer the phone, troubleshoot lane computers, arcade redemption, selling and reloading game cards, take out and delivery orders
The Why: Positive vibes and customer service experience is required for the successful candidate in this dynamic role. Problem solving skills and a solution-focused approach is a must, as well as full time availability is ideal in order to maintain the flow and high level of guest satisfaction that we strive for
This is a position that allows for growth within the company, and we support our team to be promoted internally given proven work ethic and skill.
Compensation is negotiable after the initial hiring period based on fast learning, mature personality, and experience in customer service.
