The Alzheimer Society of Brant, Haldimand Norfolk, Hamilton Halton (ASBHNHH) is looking for a passionate and qualified counsellor to provide counselling and support services to persons living with dementia and their caregivers, in accordance with the Alzheimer Society’s Strategic Plan. These services are delivered in-office, by home visits, and by phone, using both individual and group approaches. This counsellor position is 35 hours per week at our Brantford office with travel throughout Brantford/Brant. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, but occasional evening work may be required.
