The Director, Finance & Operations will work closely with the leadership and management team to support the overall organizational vision, objectives, goals, and strategies.
The Director, Finance & Operations will provide guidance on issues related to finance and payroll, risk management, including insurance, contracts, board governance, information technology, cyber security, office management, risk management, and business continuity.
The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications and experience.

7+ years’ experience in managing a team.
- Proven experience fostering a culture where managers and team members are continually learning and developing.
- Accounting designation.
- Knowledge and experience working with Boards and Stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing IT, risk management, and business continuity.
- Strong communication skills including presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
