POSITION SUMMARY
This is a newly created position that has been put in place to respond to the recognized need for strong, specialized human resources guidance and support for the leaders and staff of the organization and will report to the Director of Finance, HR & Administration.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the processes and systems that support the Human Resources function at CJHS. They will work as an individual contributor and serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees in relation to the employee life cycle, benefits plan administration, interpretation of policy, staff records and documentation, and employee relations. This role works in a hybrid fashion that combines onsite and remote work to meet the needs of the business and support the leaders and people at CJHS locations across Calgary.
