We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Clinic Receptionist for a part time role. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors entering the clinic. This person will provide a friendly and invitational atmosphere and ensure that each visitor is attended to in a professional and welcoming manner. Key responsibilities are answering and directing calls, responding to messages and emails promptly, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors and patients with warmth and processing payments. Additionally, this person will provide assistance to practitioners and clinic management to meet operational requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual (French and English) *required
Experience in a medical or clinical setting in an administrative or reception position is an asset.
Experience working in customer or client service
Experience or interest in Health and Wellness is a definite asset.
Interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with staff and patients quickly
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Ability to exercise professional judgement in a highly confidential environment.
Strong computer skills including Office 365
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
