Your role at Clorox:
The Consumer Care Representative (Renew Life) is responsible to foster confidence and loyalty for our leading brands. In this position, you will assist consumers contacting us with questions, issues and requests regarding a variety of products. The position supports telephone, email and social media interactions. We’re seeking someone with the passion and experience delighting consumers through service.
This role is remote, work from home! #LI-Remote
In this role, you will:
Respond promptly and professionally to phone & email contacts while providing consumers with a positive and informative experience.
Stay current with updated product information and new product launches to ensure consumers are provided with accurate and up-to-date answers/guidance.
Contribute to complete and accurate consumer contact information and CRM data by thoroughly documenting all contacts.
Follow all documented/communicated complaint handling procedures, including escalation of potential safety and medical/illness concerns.
Contribute to Corporate Consumer Care documentation efforts (SOPs) and ideas for process improvements.
What we look for:
Fully bilingual, English & French; Demonstrated ability to speak, write and translate English/French. Approx. 65% of consumer contacts are in English & 35% are in French.
3+/- years’ experience in a Consumer Support or Service role interacting with consumers via phone calls and email.
Ability to handle a high volume of consumer interactions.
Strong knowledge of service principles and practices, which includes problem solving and/or consumer satisfaction techniques.
Experienced and comfortable with remote Work-From-Home. This role is remote.
Experience with social media and reviews customer support preferred
Experience within vitamin/supplement or CPG industry, preferred
