Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide effective solutions
- Strive for first-call resolution and maintain service quality
- Respond efficiently to customers, creating positive experiences
- Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile
- Record all conversations in our call center database
- Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- High school degree (additional education or experience preferred)
