We have one of the country’s largest private economic analysis and forecasting teams and are widely recognized for expert economic forecasting, modeling, and leading analysis. Simply put, we deliver insights that help leaders cut through the noise and make informed decisions.
We are seeking an Associate Director, Research in our Human Capital Knowledge Area. The Conference Board of Canada is a trusted source of evidence-based human capital research and development. Through a combination of timely and relevant data, insights, trends, analysis, and peer-to-peer learning, we help leaders enhance their organizations’ strategic and competitive position as they develop and execute HR plans—and build the future of our country.
The Human Capital Knowledge Area team is responsible for producing unbiased, high-quality research publications for our subscribers, bringing topical thought leadership to the members of our six councils and interacting directly with funders to research topics that solve our country’s wicked problems related to the workplace.

You are a thought leader and subject matter expert in human resources, workplace mental health and inclusion. You have proven success with both people and project management. You have demonstrated success in client and stakeholder relations, business development and have an excellent work ethic. Commitment to producing high quality research and demonstrating professional values in all aspects of work and interactions with colleagues and customers is a must.
We are a virtual organization and as a remote worker you must be comfortable and able to work 100 per cent of the time from a home office. To be successful as a remote worker you need to have a self-starter attitude, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and be a proactive communicator. Having a home office environment that provides for a productive, professional, and safe work environment during regular working/business hours is a requirement of this role.
