Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

The following essential functions are the fundamental job duties of the position to be completed with or without appropriate reasonable accommodation.

 Monitor the overall premises of the community.

 Respond to resident pull cords when necessary.

 Respond to all forms of building alarms and take appropriate action.

 Monitor exterior doors, common area windows, gates/fencing, and lighting for proper functioning.

 Identify potential injury hazards on community grounds.

 Provide cleaning services to ensure business offices, apartments, interior and exterior public and common areas and amenities of the community are in a safe, neat, clean and attractive condition.

 Provide floor care services for carpet, tile, and wood floors and may include vacuuming, extracting, buffing, sealing, stripping, etc.

 Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.

 Maintain all grounds in a neat, clean and attractive condition; including sidewalks, public walkways and stairways, building exteriors, and garden areas.

 Perform basic maintenance related work requests.

 Preserve, prime and paint the interior and exterior surfaces at assigned community.

 Notify management concerning need for repairs.

 Report potentially unsafe conditions promptly to Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 per hour
