About The Program/department/team
The Diversity Institute (DI) conducts and coordinates multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder research to address the needs of diverse Canadians, the changing nature of skills and competencies, and the policies, processes and tools that advance economic inclusion and success. DI’s action-oriented, evidence-based approach is advancing knowledge of the complex barriers faced by underrepresented groups, leading practices to effect change, and producing concrete results. The opportunity
The Diversity Institute is currently recruiting Research Assistants who will provide professional assistance to the Diversity Institute’s Research Team.
Successful candidates will support research design and execution activities like literature review, environmental scan, data collection – including survey design and in-depth interviews, data cleaning and analysis, and execution of any academic and consulting research tasks as instructed by the supervisor. The RA will be closely working with Dr. Wendy Cukier as well as the Research Team at the Diversity Institute.
