What you will be doing:
The Family Centre is seeking an experienced recruiter to identify, source, and attract qualified candidates to fill open positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. As a brand ambassador, you will act to maximize employee engagement and development in areas of talent acquisition. You enjoy finding people, building relationships, and recruiting outside of job postings. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills. You are comfortable, even energized, by working in a fast-paced environment and you have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence are also essential, as you work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and other industry partners throughout the hiring process.
