We are looking for a Community Growth Marketing Specialist who will design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, procedures and sales expertise an asset. Marketing and sales specialists who can rely on judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals are encouraged to apply.
Here’s an overview of some of the activities you will perform:
Community Managing responsibilities:
- Engage, interact with customers (social media, event, launch, conference, etc.)
- Connect with relevant audiences and provide them with the most updated resources and best practices.
- Actively listen to customers, address concerns, demonstrate an authentic social presence, and maintain productive partnerships with customers.
- Represent TFT with our client focus to our community.
- Advocate for and preserve TFT’s brand
- Actively researching trends and hot topics by engaging with the latest industry developments
Digital Marketing responsibilities:
- Developing, managing and creating layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, marketing materials, research papers, brochures.
- Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, and deliverables.
- Managing day-to-day marketing activities including social media engagement, etc. as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
- Work with a copywriter to generate blog articles, interview with potential customers to understand the market, our products and behaviors.
- Design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics. Optimizing email nurture campaigns and send times.
- In depth knowledge of SEO and adwords programs.
- A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Create, maintain, and conduct site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Present ideas and final deliverables reporting to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and marketing data analytic.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
- Experience delivering digital campaigns. Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, and social media applications.
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Strong management skills, excellent oral, written communication and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, Video Editing is a plus
- Driven by wanting to work for a company that’s primary purpose is social justice
In addition to salary, total compensation includes:
- Work for a social enterprise which has two goals: to achieve social, cultural, community economic and/or environmental outcomes; and, to earn revenue. In that order.
- Work Location is 100% remote – You do not need to be based in Moncton NB.
- Regular access to co-working space days with your colleagues if located in head office city of Moncton, NB
