Who are we seeking: An individual who is friendly, organized, proactive, and puntual. The right individual should, after training, be able to work independently and effectively communicate with our members.
What are the general duties: Welcome our guests and members, educate guests on our facility and programs, make and return phone calls from customers, check in and sign up members, introduce the members to the team and facility, process payments for sales and tuitions, utilize payment and managment software, maintain general cleaning of the facility, restock beverage cooler, and maintain organization of facility.
Reason: The Fort strives to always have a warm and welcoming environment where or members and guests enjoy their time spent in our academy. We take pride in the friendships we make with everyone who enters. An approachable personality is important to maintain the environment we want to keep in our gym.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: From $16.00 – 18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Mon-Friday 4:30pm-9:00pm
- Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm
- Flexible hours and days off/vacation time
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
