About You
As a Hardscape Team Member, you are responsible for assisting the Lead/Foreman in performing the delivery of services. Our clients trust to us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day.
You are a self-starter who can interact well with your co-workers. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have at least 2 years experience with Hardscape installation.
Depending on qualifications and work performance, summer staff may be offered a position for winter with snow removal.
Specific Responsibilities
- Experience installing interlock, pavers, Armour Stone, retaining walls, staircases, flagstone, fences, decks.
- Help perform landscape enhancement activities such as installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways
- Other Hardscape related duties such as installation and repair.
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in this field is required
- Own reliable transportation to shop
- Valid G license and clean driver’s abstract
- Background check
- Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform all other physical requirements associated with this position
*This is a seasonal job with approx. dates from April 15 to November 30 *
Wage $23 – $26 an hour depending on experience
