We are looking for experienced leaders that we can develop and grow.
The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day store operations. Build, coach, manage and develop a team. This position will oversee all Front of House staff and ensure each shift is run effectively with operational excellence and genuine hospitality. Successful execution of duties include:
- participating in the hiring, development and coaching of staff. Inventory management and ordering.
- Enforcement and reporting of restaurant systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage all assigned administrative and operational areas. These areas include but are not limited to Inventory counts and ordering, system auditing and reporting, staff onboarding and terminations.
- Provide leadership, business management and planning; ensure proper financial processing, and reporting.
- And most importantly, ensuring industry leading customer service.
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience
- Experience completing administrative tasks and using Microsoft Office
- A good attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
