The Bartender’s accountabilities include:

• Service of drinks to the restaurant and bar guests with attention to detail, consistency and passion
• Interacts positively with guests, staff and management and has fun while working
• Demonstrates knowledge of and can explain our menu in a manner that exudes a passion for our food and drink programs
• Demonstrates teamwork and communicates positively and professionally to all departments to ensure that guest needs are being met at all times
• Setup, takedown and ongoing cleanliness of the bar
• Demonstrates and adheres to proper steps in responsible service of alcohol
