The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for leading, directing and coordinating field personnel (in-house and subcontracted labor force) to ensure site operations are efficient, cost effective, performed safely and in a quality driven manner. This is a role within the business to be performed with the highest level of integrity to enhance reputation and role within the industry. This position will also provide a liaison between internal (shop/office) and external (site) operations with General Contractors. This is a critical position and requires much efficiency, communication and cooperation between field and shop/office. This role is also key to our company’s success in the areas of Reputation, Quality Control and Safety.
