As the Change Analyst, you will work closely with leads, project resources, and business representatives to analyze and understand the impacts of change following established methodologies and processes. In the role, you will support the development of change communication and engagement strategies that enables the realization of operational vision and business objectives, and assist with the creation, implementation and analysis of readiness measurement activities.
Gather relevant inputs for Change Impact Assessment (CIA) sessions and change impact templates such as current state process flows, end to end process documentation, and future state ‘to be’ processes and documentation.
Conduct preliminary analysis, identify gaps and prepare questions for CIA session.
Prepare CIA on-boarding presentation for stakeholder and end-user audiences.
Create material in preparation for the deployment of communication and engagement plans and strategies.
Develop and deliver measurement activities on an ongoing basis to reflect to the engagement curve required for go-live success.
Contribute to the definition of the change measurement approach and criteria, and develop/configure the change measurement instruments, change measurement results reports, and change measurement action plans.
Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or related field
Prosci or similar change management certification is an asset
Certified SAFe 5 practitioner is an asset
PMP, CBAP, Lean or other related certification is an asset
Three years related experience conducting analysis, synthesizing information, and preparing outcomes for various audiences.
Experience supporting projects and/or business initiatives applying formal change management techniques is an asset
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management is an asset
Proficient knowledge in change management principles, methodologies, and toolsets
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to understand and assess stakeholder groups.
Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the corporation
Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, succeed in a team and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advance skills in Excel
Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle and must be willing and able to travel locally
