Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. IFRS 15 Compliance: Review customer contracts and checklists submitted by Business Unit Finance Teams to ensure adherence to accounting policies.
2. IFRS 16 Oversight: Review new lease contracts and lease modifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Accounting Compliance Committee Participation: Attend the quarterly CSI Head Office Accounting Compliance Committee meetings.
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare the quarterly and annual disclosure reporting package, including cash flow statements.
5. Cash Flow Management: Spearhead the preparation of free cash flow reporting, a critical component of our financial strategy.
6. Allocation Accuracy: Review CSI head office allocations for precision and comprehensiveness.
7. Accounting Liaison: Act as a Business Unit Partner and serve as a primary point of contact for accounting-related inquiries.
8. Knowledge Dissemination: Create accounting-related memos on various topics for distribution on our internal intranet.
9. Accounting Compliance Calls: Assist in ensuring ongoing accounting compliance across the operating group by participating in accounting compliance calls.
10. Sales Price Testing: Oversee the annual stand-alone sales price testing for the operating group.
11. Data Management: Aid in data collection across the operating group and meticulously review it for accuracy and completeness.
12. Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide support for ad hoc reporting as required.

Education and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in audit or accounting, with a preference for experience in revenue recognition (IFRS 15), particularly in an enterprise software environment.
• Proficiency in reviewing contracts and making informed accounting recommendations.
• Strong command of Accounting principles, Audit procedures, Analysis techniques, interpreting and applying accounting policies (IFRS), and experience working in a multidimensional business unit environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of applying accounting policies to diverse business scenarios.
