My client, an engineering firm based in the GTA is looking for a HR Advisor. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities ranging from recruitment, employee relations, benefits and leave, and enforcing company policies.
Responsibilities
• Utilize HRIS to maintain employee records, and make adjustments.
• Supervise the performance management process.
• Reinforce HR policies, rules, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance in all employment laws and regulations.
• Provide recruitment support
• Conduct onboarding and orientation
• Develop new onboarding strategies
• Cevelop employee relations practices to foster a positive working environment
