The Concierge host is a key member of the Guest Services team. As the first point of contact for guests – via phone, online and in person, the host sets the tone for the guest experience. With a focus on a very high level of customer service, the host is responsible for many day-to-day operations of the Inn. This is a dynamic role involving both front office and food and beverage operation.
