ABOUT THE NEWLY INSTITUTE

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs use research and data to consistently analyze and improve treatments based on results.
Our clinic uses a 4 touch points per day maximum, which means you would not see more than 4 items (1:1 session or groups or meetings) in your schedule a day. We value teamwork and share client work as an interdisciplinary team. The position will be salary based and will include vacation and sick time. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Social Work position will be responsible for case management, group facilitation and therapy. Using a bio-psycho-social-spiritual treatment model in combination with medical-assisted therapies, clients may overcome deeply embedded traumas that prevent them from living fully in their everyday lives. Clients’ level of treatment at the clinic is dependent on which program they are in but includes: individual therapy with or without medication treatment, and may include psychoeducation classes, trauma sensitive yoga, trauma sensitive drumming, artistic therapy, and occupational therapy. The programs are designed to provide intensive and short-term therapy. Client population includes adults across various occupations with an emphasis on treating first responders.
