As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a trusted advisor on all talent matters, providing professional and proactive human resources support and service to a designated client group. Working as a strategic talent advisor with all levels of leadership, you will provide insights, advice, and hands-on coaching as required. Our HRBP works as part of the larger Human Resources team and ‘brokers’ solutions for clients by bringing in HR specialists (Compensation, Career Lifecycle, Labour Relations, Organizational Development, Occupational Health etc.) to provide their expertise and advice to clients as required. In this role, you will be integral in promoting a culture that is focused on compassion, commitment to quality, working together, and respect for the individual.
Please note that frequent travel between locations is required.
This position is temporary until approximately June 30, 2023.
