Responsibilities:
– Assist customers in the shop and provide excellent customer service
– Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
– Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
– Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
– Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
– Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
– Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
– Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy shop and keep track of inventory
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
– Attention to detail to ensure accurate product labeling and pricing
– Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects if required
Note: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
