The Shining Through Center Looking for RBT Supervisor at Woodbridge, ON Full Time

The RBT (Registered Behaviour Technician) Supervisor will be a credentialed professional (BCBA or BCaBA) who will be responsible for:

-Supervising Registered Behaviour Technicians to ensure that BACB supervisory requirements are met (5% of total service hours).

-Collaborating with Supervising Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Team Lead to support staff training and supervision.

-Covering staff absences when needed and as appropriate.

This is a new position at our organization, therefore the successful candidate will collaborate with Managers to develop additional processes to improve on existing organizational structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $50,000.00 per year
