A progressive, independent high school is hiring a full-time Sciences teacher. We are looking for candidates who have experience and a drive to challenge themselves; more specifically we are seeking innovative educators with experience working and mentoring the 2E student population.
Our faculty offers a warm and collaborative support structure with lots of opportunities for professional growth. Expectations of faculty meetings, overnight excursions, and the boundless pursuit of best practice are required.
- OCT certified or equivalent, preferred
- Experience (3+ years) working with students age 13-18, preferred
- AQ: Special Education, preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Salary: $4,000.00-$5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
All school community members are vaccinated against COVID-19, masks are worn throughout the day, and everybody completes daily health screenings and twice-weekly Rapid Antigen tests.
