The Top Shop Inc. has been an industry leader in manufacturing countertops. We are currently seeking an Order Entry/Customer Service position to complement our existing team. This position will require you to embrace teamwork and maintain a professional environment with our customers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Enter orders accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Order material from suppliers
- General office administration
- Provide customers with product information
- Establish strong working relationships with the customers and installation teams
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- High attention to detail
- Understand basic math – including fractions and decimals
- Must be dependable, accountable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00
