The University of Manchester Looking for Teaching Learning and Student Experience Assistant (Programmes & Curriculum) at Manchester, Ontario, Canada Full Time

• To provide clerical and administrative support for key activities of teaching and learning.
• To deliver excellent service provision and support colleagues with continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do with support for a single Professional Services (PS) team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
• To assist the Programmes & Curriculum Team with administration of relating activities across the full academic calendar, including (but not limited to): setting up and maintaining course unit records, supporting course unit selection, maintaining course unit information on online learning environments e.g., Blackboard including monitoring mandatory training, providing curriculum advice to students, supporting student registrations, etc.
• To support data entry with a key focus on data quality across university corporate systems that interrelate with Programmes & Curriculum.
• To support the Programmes & Curriculum Team with quality assurance related processes and specialist activities including placements, Online and Blended Learning, Accreditation, OneMed, Languages for all Programmes etc.
• To provide cross team working as required.
• To support activities within the school hub regarding specific curriculum and programmes related enquiries.
