The Vomela Companies Looking for Project Coordinator at Delta, British Columbia, Canada Full Time

C2 Imaging, (a Vomela affiliated Company) is an integrated graphics solutions company, and is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team in our Delta office.

C2 Imaging is regarded as one of the best and biggest in the multi-billion dollar industry of printed media graphics. We provide state-of-the-art promotion, marketing, display and point-of-sale materials to Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on large-format specialty printing for multi-location retailers, distributors and associated advertising agencies.

As a Project Coordinator you will:

• Work closely with Account Executives and a team of Production employees to help support a key account
• Act as the liaison between our internal departments and external clients
• Answer incoming inquiries and follow through on quotes, service requests, invoicing and general information
• Complete job analysis
• Enter work orders into our system with accuracy and with detailed specifications
• Schedule work orders with our production departments

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Some experience in client service/sales support
• A positive, customer service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
• Strong organizational skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Motivation, enthusiasm, and the capacity to work effectively within a fast paced environment
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in an ever-changing environment
• Detail-oriented with strong math & analytical problem-solving skills
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Graphic design and/or production experience a plus
• Post-Secondary education preferred
• Industry experience is preferred, however the desire to learn about the industry and production process is paramount
