Garden Centre Customer Service
Wildwood Outdoor Living Centre is a one stop shop for all your outdoor living needs. Whether you’re looking for the perfect blooms, want to install a pond or redesign your entire outdoor space, we’ve got you covered. We offer quality plant material, gardening supplies, outdoor living products, and of course, a bright and friendly team of experts. In fact, if you enjoy working with people and plants in the outdoors, we are willing to train, and we’re hoping you’ll join our team!
We are currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for our locally owned and operated Garden Centre.
Duties Include:
- care and maintenance of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, including: watering, weeding, moving, and re-organizing
- Help with the general appearance of the store
- ensuring customer needs are met
- cleaning, tidying, various other nursery maintenance
A Successful Applicant will possess the following:
- Good verbal communication skills
- A love of customer service and people skills
- Like to work outside during shifts, in all weather conditions
- appreciation of working in a fun team environment
- ability to work weekends as required
- ability to move heavy plants and plant material
- good rain gear and sturdy boots
- ability to confidently take direction
