Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of internal and external communications and content from the BID divisional marketing organization that are visually appealing and engaging to stakeholders.
Design unique science-inspired rewards that will drive excitement and engagement from our member base collaborating with business unit partners.
Work with the Marketing Operations teams to develop best practices in communication and internal training visual design.
Work with Channel Marketing & Operations to create visually appealing and engaging channel marketing content.
Working with BID leadership to create visually appealing and impactful internal presentations.
Required Qualifications:
Content design with specialization in PowerPoint/presentation for effective visual communication
Creative and aesthetically minded
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office, advanced PowerPoint skills.
Proven competence (2+ years) in design (please provide a portfolio link).
Thorough understanding of visual branding strategy, marketing principles and consumer behavior
At least 6 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Desired Qualifications:
BS in a relevant technical field (Biology or related scientific area) or in business is a plus.
Familiarity with sales training and related practices
Direct experience working with or marketing regions outside of North America is a plus.
