Responsibilities:
- Lead a scrum team (UX, developers, business analysts) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Support the Product Owner, specifically in the Product Backlog, ensuring it is clear, concise, and priorities are communicated.
- Coach the team members in self-organization and cross-functionality, while ensuring they understand the goals and scope of the work.
- Remove impediments to the project’s progress.
- Support the Product Owner where necessary.
- Report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle.
- Meets in conference with stakeholders and other Project Managers or Scrum Masters and states problems in a form capable of being solved.
- Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; work with a variety of project management tools.
- Collaborate with supporting or related project groups/scrum teams, ensuring larger organizational priorities are understood and work is aligned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization coupled with strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, risk mitigation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
