As the Manager, Benefits – Canada, you will be responsible for the strategy, administration and financial management for all benefits in Canada. You will ensure our programs support TR’s objectives and align with Reward architecture. You will lead a team of two direct reports and work closely with members of the Reward and People team, along with business leaders and employees, to design, optimize and implement programs which meet our mission to offer inclusive benefits and best-in-class wellbeing support to attract and retain world-class talent.
