Position Overview:
Our client is one of the largest owners and operators of critical global infrastructure networks that facilitate the movement and storage of energy, water, freight, passengers, and data. They are one of the few pure play, publicly traded, global infrastructure vehicles that invests in premier infrastructure assets with stable cash flows, high margins and strong growth prospects.
Reporting to the SVP, this role will oversee the treasury operations and strategy for all public, private and co-investments funds and vehicles. Leading an experienced team, the VP will be charged with ensuring the delivery of the day-to-day treasury functions and will act as a strategic partner to the business. This position will engage in the capital optimization, liquidity strategy and management necessary for the growth of a complex and growing platform.
This is an ideal role for a seasoned treasury or finance leader with experience thinking outside the box and making long-term strategic enhancements to an existing and well-run function. The ability to work within a large, complex environment in a highly visible role is essential here, as the VP will lead decision-making and have touchpoints across all business functions (i.e. capital markets, fund, tax, legal teams).
