POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and facilitation of the supply chain operations. You will be the one to coordinate processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Manage various logistics and supply chain-related projects
· Track and complete daily inbound KPI information and ensure that information is real-time and accurate in BC
· Communicate with the distribution, product development and sourcing teams regarding all day-to-day aspects of the logistics matters pertaining to each group
· Be a key liaison between following up on daily freight deliveries, adherence to lead time and delivery windows.
· Verify all the importing documents (packing list, commercial invoice, BOL) once the booking is confirmed. If PO quantities are different from the packing list, send information to the Sourcing and Product team for coordination with the vendor. Update the PO to the quantities on the packing list as required in BC.
· Follow up with vendors on late shipments or damaged goods, to resolve issues quickly and mitigate customer backorders and impacts.
· Confirm goods received at our 3PL warehouses and record this in Business Central, includes coordinate of receiving the POD from 3PL
· Coordinate with subcontractors the delivery dates to our DC.
· Ensure raw materials transferred to subcontractors are recorded correctly, shipped properly to subcontractors, and received confirmed
· Prepare customs paperwork for cross border shipments and coordinate with the broker as needed

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
– 2-3 years experience in international logistics
– Strong familiarity with container drayage and air freight transport services
– Knowledge of logistics/shipping terms and concepts
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems, while also able to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
– Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
– A ‘can do’ team player able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a small team
– Solid computer skills including ERP and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel and Word)
