An opportunity as become available for a Part Time Inbound Customer Service Support. This position involves customer service and general administration duties such as but not limited:
- General administration Support
- Answering and redirecting of telephones
- Customer Service, selling of our products in showroom (training will be provided)
- Producing quotes using our industry base computer programme
- Taking customer details and booking customers in for onsite measure and quotes
Experience and skills required :
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Process a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and excellent phone etiquette
- Pro-active, self-motivated, team player and has ability to work without supervision.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
