People Management
Accountable for recruiting new team member, performance management, including training and developing new and existing team members
Ensures open door policy for all team members
Excellent communication skills ensure ongoing day to day communication with all shifts
Responsible for restaurant compliance will all applicable legislation
Implements, and instills in their team, company policies, procedures, ethics
handle guest complaints with professionalism and concern

Job Requirements
Manage the daily operation of the store; creating staff schedules, training staff on each position and set expectations for performance
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service while ensuring all staff members engage guests and exceed service expectations
Ensure proper staffing levels, training, coaching, developing and mentoring and addressing any issues or concerns
handle administrative duties such as completing a daily spreadsheet (sales, Missed logs, hours, DT times, etc), verifying and completing time cards, daily deposit and counting cash drawers/safe.
ensure and uphold food safety and quality standards
Maintain and demonstrate professional work ethics, moral integrity, and a positive attitude at all times.
Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business
Job Qualifications
2 years experience working as a high-level Full-Time manager or assistant manager
College or University degree an asset
Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills while being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to learn quickly
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the restaurant, including working some evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
