Timberline Custom Homes Inc. is a design and build company, established since 1989. Timberline is a growing family run company with their main focus on designing and building unique quality projects, regardless of size, and always striving to exceed our clients’ expectations. The office is located in Woodview, ON, 30 minutes North of Peterborough.
Timberline Custom Homes is seeking a detail-oriented individual with extensive knowledge of the building process to join our Timberline team as a Construction Timeline and Quality Control Manager.
The Construction Timeline and Quality Control Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of construction projects, crews and sub-contractors. This individual will assist in project details, resource scheduling and planning while effectively relaying appropriate information between clients, office and field employees. They perform site visits to oversee quality control and detail of the entire project while ensuring company standards and client expectations are met. They will provide frequent project updates and images to the client in a timely and detailed manner. They will uphold and enforce any company policies as well as health and safety standards.
Successful qualifications will include:
– 10 years minimum of related experience in residential home construction.
– 5 years minimum of related experience in project management .
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Estimating software an asset
– Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and regulations.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans/layouts
– Strong knowledge of the building and construction process
– Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings

This is a full-time position with a 44 hour work week minimum, Monday to Friday.
