Liaise with business area leaders, subject matter experts, software development and technology teams in Canada and Europe to:
Lead and manage all project tasks & activities from requirements to delivery
Translate user, product and/or systems requirements into functional solutions
Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching / analyzing current system capabilities and define technology solutions options / recommendations
Apply technical background/understanding to define, document and translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications in alignment with standards and frameworks
Work with IT management and business Customers to ensure effective communication, integration of project issues and deliverables, and clear articulation of business requirements.
Contribute to the development of project plans by participating in the scoping and estimating of proposed projects.
Communicate delivery status and provide timely notification of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution to stakeholders.
Participate in local Canada, and overseas steering & project teams
Assist with documentation and execution of test cases and documentation of user guides
Co-ordinate user acceptance testing and end user training for new software features as required
YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Degree or accreditation in Computer Sciences or Technology
5 to 8 years in Information Technology, with a minimum of 3 years in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Quality Assurance roles
Fully experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of IT operations, infrastructure and software development
Fully Experienced in software development projects and life cycles in Agile, Lean or Scrum environments
In-depth knowledge of Business Analysis practices, Project Management, or Lean Processes, or working towards designation
Comfortable with using the full range of the Microsoft suite of products
Outstanding communication skills at all levels of the organization
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Business focused self-starter and results oriented who can adapt well with being part of a Globally evolving team working across multiple time zones with minimum supervision
